How Do I Revoke Access to My Course?
If you want to remove a buyer's access to your course, SuperProfile provides a couple of ways to do so.
While you can revoke a buyer's access, there is currently no feature to permanently block a user from purchasing or accessing your course in the future.
1: Refund the Buyer
The simplest way to revoke course access is by issuing a refund.
How it works
- Refund the buyer's purchase.
- Once the refund is processed, the buyer will lose access to the course.
- If the buyer wants access again in the future, they will need to purchase the course again.
2: Contact the Support Team
If you want to remove a buyer's access without processing a refund, you can request assistance from our support team.
What to do
Send an email to:
support@cosmofeed.com
Include the following details:
- Buyer's name
- Buyer's email address
- Order ID (if available)
- Course name
- A valid reason for requesting access removal
Our team will review your request and take the necessary action if it meets our review criteria.
Can I Permanently Block a User?
At the moment, no.
SuperProfile currently does not support permanently blocking specific users from purchasing or accessing your products.
If blocking functionality becomes available in a future update, we'll announce it through our product updates.
