AI-first customer support
Support that resolves itself.
Your customers get an instant, accurate answer — from an AI grounded in your help center, under your brand. Your team gets a beautiful inbox for everything that deserves a human.
No card. No sales call. Live before your coffee cools.
The inbox your team actually enjoys at 9 AM — and doesn’t need at 2 AM.
Why it compounds
Every conversation makes the next one cheaper.
The platform
Everything support needs. Nothing it doesn’t.
Sixteen pieces engineered as one — the AI gets smarter with every article, asks you about what it can’t answer, and the inbox gets quieter with every resolution.
Whitelabel
Your brand, not ours.
Iris disappears behind your business — your colors, your logo, your tone, your domain. Your customers only ever see you. Agencies run a workspace per client.

From the teams using it
We use it before you do.
“We built Iris because support tools made us choose between fast for customers and sane for the team. Now SuperProfile’s support runs on it end to end — the AI takes the night shift, the inbox stays quiet, and every unanswered question becomes an article by morning.”
“The 2 AM question gets answered at 2:00, not 9:15.”
“Knowledge gaps turned our help center from a chore into a scoreboard.”
Questions
Asked and answered.
Is Iris really whitelabel?
Yes — end to end. The messenger carries your logo and colors, help articles live on help.yourdomain.com, and support email sends from your own domain with DKIM. Your customers only ever see your brand.
How does the AI know what to say?
It answers only from the help articles you publish. When it isn’t confident, it stays silent and hands the conversation to your team — and logs the question as a knowledge gap so you can write the missing article. It never invents policies or prices.
Which channels are supported today?
Live chat (the messenger) and email are live. WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger are on the roadmap — the inbox is built so new channels drop into the same list, same rules, same reports.
Can I move from Intercom or Zendesk?
Yes. Connect your account with an API token and Iris imports your help-center articles as drafts — review, publish, and the AI starts answering from them. Most teams move in an afternoon.
What about onboarding my users, not just support?
That’s Checklists — define steps in Iris, embed the checklist anywhere in your product with one line, and complete steps from your own code when users actually do the thing. Iris runs its own onboarding on it.
Is my data isolated from other workspaces?
Strictly. Every workspace’s conversations, contacts and articles are scoped at the retrieval layer, and the AI for your workspace can only ever read your published articles. Isolation is enforced server-side, not by settings.
What does it cost?
Free to start — 2 seats and 200 conversations a month, no card. Paid plans start at ₹2,000/seat/month with pooled AI credits; AI answers work out to about ₹0.85 each. Full details on the pricing page.
Do you have an API for developers?
Yes — a snippet for the messenger, an identify call with HMAC verification, inline checklist embeds, programmatic step completion (client and server-to-server), and webhooks are on the way.
Give every customer an instant answer.
Your workspace takes about a minute to create. The first resolved conversation usually takes less.
