Agent Copilot
Open a conversation that needs a reply, and a draft is already waiting.
What it is
Copilot works inside the composer. Open a conversation that needs a reply and a suggested draft — plus chips for the most relevant help articles — is already waiting above the text box. Ask it to draft a reply, rephrase what you wrote, make it shorter or friendlier, or summarize a long thread before you take over.
Nothing is ever sent automatically. Copilot writes; your agent reads, edits, and sends.
How you’d use it
Taking a handoff
A thread comes to you from the AI or a teammate mid-story. “Summarize conversation” gives you the whole history in a few lines — no scrolling back through forty messages before you can help.
New teammate
A first-week hire inserts the draft, adjusts two words, and ships a reply that sounds like your best agent — because it’s grounded in the same knowledge base your best agent would quote.
Solo creator
Clearing chats between recordings: the inline draft appears only when the last message is the customer’s and your composer is empty — exactly when you need it, never while you’re typing.
Launch day
The queue is five times normal size. Drafts keep replies moving at speed without the copy-paste tone that customers can smell.
Get more out of it
Edit, don’t approve
The draft is a starting point. The two words you change are what make it yours — and they take three seconds, not the three minutes of writing from scratch.
Summarize before you escalate
Generate the thread summary, then paste it into the internal note where you @mention a teammate. They arrive briefed instead of scrolling.
The article chips are the receipt
Click a suggested article to insert it as a reference. A reply with a source link earns more trust than the same answer as bare prose.
Better articles, better drafts
Copilot writes from the same knowledge base as the AI Agent — every article you publish sharpens both at once.
Reach for “Shorter” often
Most support replies read better at half the length. One click trims the throat-clearing without losing the answer.
Start every reply with a draft.
