Brand
Whitelabel & Branding
Your customers should only ever see you.
What it is
Every customer-facing surface of Iris takes your brand. The chat widget: your colors, your logo, light or dark or follow-the-visitor’s-OS, your welcome copy, your launcher — edited next to a live preview that updates as you type. The help center: on help.yourdomain.com, with your title on it. Email: sent from your own domain, your logo in the template.
Configure it once in the Branding screen and the widget updates live for every visitor — no deploy, no snippet change.
How you’d use it
D2C brand
Match the widget to your storefront palette exactly — hex-level control over the brand color and the action color, solid or gradient header, your logo in the widget’s home screen.
Premium brand
Auto theme follows each visitor’s OS preference, so the widget is dark on a dark desktop and light on a light phone — without you shipping two designs.
Course creator
The welcome headline is yours: “Hey, this is Priya’s studio — ask me anything” reads like you, not like software. Tone is a branding surface too.
Anyone who cares about the details
Launcher position and a custom launcher icon, teammate avatars on or off, every text field editable — the widget can sit on your site without a single element that feels borrowed.
Get more out of it
Use the live preview like a designer
Flip it between Home and Messages, light and dark, before you save. The thing to check: your brand color behind white text — if it’s a pale brand, the preview will show you before your customers do.
Split brand color from action color
Brand paints the header; action paints the buttons. Set them independently so buttons stay legible even when the header is a light or busy gradient.
Claim both domains in one sitting
The help-center CNAME and the email DKIM records take about ten minutes together. After that, no customer touchpoint — widget, site, or inbox — shows anyone’s name but yours.
Mind the launcher’s neighborhood
If your cart button lives bottom-right, move the launcher bottom-left. A launcher that overlaps commerce UI costs you both conversations and checkouts.
Default to auto theme
It respects each visitor’s system preference. Force light or dark only when your site itself is single-theme — matching your site beats matching the OS.
Put your name on every pixel.
Your workspace takes about a minute to create — no sales call, no credit card.
