Plans refill your credit pool monthly. Need more? Prepaid packs top you up and never expire — 1,000 credits for ₹850, 2,000 for ₹1,599, 5,000 for ₹3,999, or 10,000 for ₹6,999. A credit is only spent when an answer is actually delivered.

What exactly is an AI credit?
One credit is one delivered AI outcome — an answer your customer actually received, or an assist your agent actually used. Misses cost nothing: when the AI isn’t confident it stays silent, hands off, and no credit is spent.
What happens when credits run out?
Nothing breaks. The AI pauses gracefully — customers still reach your team and your help center keeps answering. Top up with a pack (they never expire) or wait for your monthly refill.
How does per-seat billing work?
You choose your seat count and pay seats × plan price monthly by UPI Autopay. Adding a seat mid-cycle charges only the remaining days; the mandate adjusts from the next cycle. GST is included in every price you see.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — one click, no call. Your plan stays active until the period ends, then the workspace moves to Free. Conversations, articles and settings are never deleted.
Is global (USD) pricing available?

Do you charge per resolution like Intercom?
No. Per-resolution pricing invites billing disputes over what "resolved" means. Credits are simpler and ours cost about ₹0.85 per delivered answer — roughly 1% of the ₹60–85 per resolution the incumbents charge.
