Train your AI

Your AI has a character file. You can edit it — or talk to it.

Name it, give it a faceTone, vocabulary & guidancePinned answers, word for wordFeed it PDFs, sheets & voice notesLearns from your team’s correctionsA weekly self-reviewGolden test set on every changeAnswers in the customer’s languageRehearse on your real historyEvery change is a version

What it is

Everything your AI can be taught lives in one place. Pick a tone and answer length. Ban words it must never use. Write plain-language guidance like “hand any refund dispute to a human.” Pin exact answers to exact questions — sent word for word, never paraphrased. Feed it private snippets, pages from your website, even PDFs.

Every save becomes a numbered version with a one-click restore, and you can rehearse any change against your own past conversations — an AI examiner grades every answer — before customers ever feel it. Or skip the forms entirely: open the Trainer and just tell your AI how to behave. It proposes the change as a diff; nothing applies until you approve it.

And it gets better on its own. When your team answers a customer differently than the AI would have, the Trainer notices, and every week it hands you a short review: what it handled, what it couldn’t, and the exact fixes to close the gaps — one tap each. Pin the questions it must always get right into a golden test set, and every change you make re-takes that exam automatically, flagging anything that used to pass but now fails.

How you’d use it

Finance educator

One compliance rule — “never discuss specific stock advice, hand those to me” — and one handover trigger on the word “SEBI”. The AI now knows exactly where its job ends and yours begins.

D2C brand

Pin “What’s your return window?” to your exact policy wording. Legal approved that sentence once; the AI will never improvise a different one.

Agency

Import your pricing page and your onboarding PDF. The AI answers from them the same evening — no rewriting your docs into help articles first.

Careful operator

Roll the AI out to 20% of visitors, watch the rehearsal scores and the ledger for a week, then slide it to 100 — the same visitor always gets the same experience.

Get more out of it

  1. Rehearse before you apply

Every change offers “Rehearse first” — it replays your last 20 real customer questions under the new setup and grades each answer. An 80%+ pass is your green light.

  2. Pin your legal-sensitive answers

Refunds, guarantees, pricing promises — anything where the exact wording matters should be a pinned answer, not an article the AI summarizes.

  3. Snippets are for what customers should hear but never read

Internal policies, edge-case rules, workarounds — the AI uses them to answer correctly, but they never appear on your help site.

  4. Let the ledger pick your config

The version table shows replies, closes and CSAT per config version. If v12 outperforms v13, restore v12 — it’s one click.

  5. Talk to it like a teammate

The fastest training is a sentence in the Trainer: “Be more formal with payment questions.” Review the diff it proposes, apply, done.

  6. Read the weekly review every Monday

Your AI reviews itself — where your team overrode it, which questions it missed — and proposes the fixes. Five minutes a week keeps it sharp, and the improvements compound.
